Coxy was born in Italy and raised between Milan and Paris. Her passion for cinema ignited in childhood after watching Federico Fellini’s movies.

She began her career in the fashion industry, honing her talents with luxury brands like Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Prada, Ferré, Cavalli, Missoni, and others, where she designed collections and directed video productions and fashion films.

In 2012, Coxy moved to Los Angeles to pursue her lifelong dream of working in film. She entered the industry through the Costume department, quickly ascending as a visionary Costume Designer. She has created costumes for features, television, shorts, commercials, and music videos. Her most notable credits include 20th Century Television/Hulu’s Washington Black and season 2 of Dan Fogelman’s hit series Paradise. Simultaneously, she has written and directed shorts with her sights on a feature debut. In 2023, she shadowed director Rob Seidenglanz on The Rookie Feds.

Coxy’s work has earned global recognition, featured in publications such as Vogue, Marie Claire, and L’Officiel, as well as international festivals. Her latest short, The Imperfect Picture, won “Best Romantic Short” at the 2023 Independent Short Awards.

Now based in Los Angeles, Coxy continues to bring her adventurous spirit and passion for storytelling to projects around the world.
